Terem Moffi will on Sunday come face-to-face with the Belgian club who did not give him a contract last year.
KV Kortrijk now want a staggering 10 million Euros for the 21-year-old striker after they paid $150,000 to sign him in January after another Belgian club Mouscron did not give him a contract after a week’s trials.
Both Belgian clubs will do battle in continuation of the league tomorrow.
Moffi, who remains a transfer target of several top French clubs, has returned to full fitness after he recovered from a hamstring injury, which cost him to miss his team’s last two games.
Fellow Nigeria striker Victor Osimhen, who played alongside Moffi in the Golden Eaglets Class of 2015, was also not signed by Club Brugge and Zulte Waregem before he pitched tent with Sporting Charleroi two seasons ago.
He will go on to punish both clubs in the Belgian league by scoring goals against them.
