Alhassan shone with the Super Eagles at the 2023 AFCON in Cote d’Ivoire earlier this year.
The Antwerp star also became the first Kano-born player to feature and score in the group stage of the UEFA Champions League.
Alhassan goals and assist helped Brigade Professionals, who paraded the likes of U17 World Cup-winning captain Musa Mohammed, to edge past Sabon Gari 3-2 in an entertaining friendly.
Kano is one of the hottest football belts in Nigeria.
It is the base of four-time NPFL champions Kano Pillars and boast of as many as 5,000 grassroots clubs.
