Stephen Odey has said he is delighted to complete a permanent transfer to Danish club Randers FC.
“I’m really happy. Because now I do not have to answer journalists who ask if I stay or leave. Now everyone can see that I am a Randers FC player,” said Odey.
Randers announced they have completed the signing of the striker on a permanent basis.
This followed a successful loan spell from Belgian club Genk.
Odey, 23, has signed a three-year contract.
“We are therefore pleased to announce that Randers FC have bought Stephen Odey from Belgian club Genk and signed a contract with him valid until the summer of 2024,” Randers announced.
Officials said they plan to sell him to a bigger club in a bigger league soon.
