Rangers have been great under new coach Philippe Clement, according to an impressed Cyriel Dessers.
“We have been playing great matches since he arrived,” says Dessers.
“I don’t want to be too chauvinistic, but the results speak for themselves. We are unbeaten for 14 games, we win our first trophy, we become group winners in the Europa League… We work very hard and very well.
“Clement doesn’t let us relax and we don’t get many days off. But if you keep winning, no one will complain.”
The striker said the Belgian coach has set very clear targets.
“He came in with clarity. He has clearly explained his vision of how he wants us to play. He is very concerned with the details and in a difficult competition that can make the difference,” he remarked.
In the Scottish league, Rangers remain five points behind leaders and bitter rivals Celtic.
