Super Eagles defender Ola Aina has said he is delighted he will play another season with Nottingham Forest in the Premier League after an extension clause was triggered on his year’s contract.
“I’ve been really happy with my time spent here at Forest and the fans have been great,” Ola Aina said after the contract extension.
“I’m really looking forward to seeing what the future holds.”
Forest chief football officer Ross Wilson said they are also thrilled the defender will be with them for another season.
“Since Ola joined the club last summer he has impressed all of us with his performances both on the pitch and also with the positive personality that he brings to the group every day. We are delighted that he will move forward with us,” he remarked.
The 27-year-old Ola Aina made 22 appearances and scored a goal this past season for Forest.
