Libya are due to land in Nigeria today ahead of a 2025 AFCON qualifier against the Super Eagles.
Libyan news channel Al-Ahrar reported that Libya will be in Nigeria later today.
The Super Eagles welcome ‘The Mediterranean Knights’ Friday evening before both teams clash again four days later in Libya in continuation of the 2025 AGCON qualifying series.
Libya, who are made up of mainly locally-based players, opened training camp Monday last week under new coach Nasser Al-Hadahri.
The North Africans are bottom of Group D with a point after two rounds of matches, while the Super Eagles top the standings on four points.
