Soon after the AFCON in Cote d’Ivoire in February, South African club Chippa United placed a Two Million Euros price tag on goalkeeper Stanley Nwabali after his eye-catching heroics with the Super Eagles.
Transfermarkt has put a valuation of 250,000 Euros on the giant shot stopper in January.
This will most certainly be reviewed upwards by what Nwabali has achieved since the start of this year.
He kept four clean sheets at the AFCON as well as saved two penalties to send the Super Eagles to the tournament final at the expense of South Africa.
In 26 appearances in the PSL, he posted 11 clean sheets.
Former Chippa United technical director Morgan Mammila said he hopes Nwabali could be sold for 10 Million Rands (more than $500,000).
SCORENigeria has scooped that the goalkeeper will break transfer records when he finally completes his move.
