Highly-rated left winger Gift Sunday has expressed his excitement after he signed his first professional contract with Norwegian champions Bodo/Glimt.
Gift Sunday, 18, has signed a four-year deal with the club who gave Super Eagles star Victor Boniface his first break in Europe.
“It is a great experience for me to sign my first professional contract with such a big club as Glimt. It’s a dream come true,” he told the Bodo/Glimt official website
The player of P Sports Academy has been shuttling between Nigeria and Norway before he finally signed his contract.
“We have followed each other for a longer period and he has previously visited us during a training stint. Now we are looking forward to getting to know him even better,” disclosed sporting administrative manager Håvard Sakariassen.
