Today, the Flying Eagles trained for the first time tin Ikenne, Ogun State, under coach Aliyu Zubairu as they stepped up preparation for the WAFU B U20 AFCON qualifiers in Togo.
Twenty five players are at the Remo Stars Sports Complex in Ikenne.
Today’s morning session was for two hours with emphasis on recovery.
According to team’s spokesman, Sharif Abdallah, the team will train again by 4pm.
The Flying Eagles are drawn in Group B alongside Burkina Faso and Cote d’Ivoire in the U20 AFCON qualifying tournament, which kicks off on October 17 in Lome, Togo.
