Victor Boniface, who is joint leading scorer in the UEFA Europa League with Marcus Rashford of Manchester United, could now be sold for as much as 100 Million Euros.
The striker’s modest Belgian club Union St.Gilloise received their biggest transfer fee last summer when they sold Deniz Undav to Brighton in the Premier League.
It is now believed former Flying Eagles striker Boniface, who has fired six goals in the Europa League, will smash this record when he moves soon.
His agent Atta Aneke has already told SCORENigeria the striker has attracted serious interest from top clubs in the Bundesliga as well as Ligue 1.
Union are believed to want at least 15 Million Euros, while Transfermarkt estimates his market value at only six Million Euros for the time being.
In the Belgian league at least 29 players who are valued higher than Boniface by Transfermarkt.
Andreas Skov Olsen from champions Club Brugge is valued the highest in Belgium at 17 Million Euros.
Close watchers of the league in Belgium now predict that Boniface followed by fellow compatriot Gift Orban, Bart Verbruggen, Noa Lang and Mike Tresor will command the highest transfer fees in the summer.
