Agents representing Victor Osimhen will fly out today to Napoli to finalise the Lille striker’s transfer to SSC Napoli, according to several media reports.
The agents, who include the Belgian Didier Frenay, will be ferried on private jet to Italy, according to Het Nieuwsblad.
This comes after Osimhen returned to France following the burial of his father in Lagos.
Napoli coach Gennaro Gatusso has insisted Osimhen is his No 1 target to replace Arkadiusk Milik.
The Super Eagles striker will be given a five-year contract, which is now believed to be worth 85 million Euros.
It would be recalled that recently Osimhen denied on social media he had completed a transfer to the Serie A club, adding that the world will know his next destination when a transfer has been agreed.
Osimhen has been a wanted man in Europe after his goals for Lille this past season in France with the Ligue 1 club resigned to cashing in on his exploits in the transfer market.
