Former FC Hearts star Abdussalam Magashy has joined Swedish club IFK Varnamo.
The 21-year-old midfielder has signed a year’s deal with Varnamo, who placed seventh in the Ettan League last season.
Last season, he netted six goals in 29 matches for another Swedish club Kristianstad FF.
However, his goals failed to save the club from relegation to the lower league.
Magashy is a hard-working and versatile midfielder, who could play in the heart of the engine room as well as in defensive midfield.
