Hungarian club Honved Budapest are now mulling on sending former Golden Eaglets captain Sani Suleiman Abacha on loan as his signing his first professional contract will come a week after the domestic transfer window has shut.
The highly-rated Abacha will sign his first pro contract on Tuesday, when he clocks 18.
However, Honved may now not be able to register him for the league because the transfer window has already closed in Hungary on Tuesday, September 22.
SCORENigeria has gathered that Honved are pushing to see how the youngster could still be registered to play the league for them.
If that failed, the former Galadima Football Academy of Abuja product will be loaned out overseas.
Abacha played as a rightback when he captained the Golden Eaglets, but he has impressed in Hungary as a right-sided attacking midfielder.
