Former Tanzania coach Emmanuel Amuneke has told SCORENigeria he hopes to get assistant coach Emeka Amadi over to his new Egyptian club Misr El-Makasa.
Amadi has assisted Amuneke with the Golden Eaglets Class of 2015, who went on to win the 2015 FIFA U17 World Cup in Chile.
He was also by the side of the ex-FC Barcelona winger at Sudanese club SC Khartoum and Tanzania national team.
“I hope Amadi joins me soon, he’s a professional but there is a process to follow,” Amuneke said.
“We have worked very well together and we hope this will continue.”
Amuneke, 49, was recently appointed head coach of El-Makasa, who are 15th on the Egyptian top-flight league table.
They desperately need some firepower to steer clear of relegation.
