Coach Manu Garba has disclosed he will submit a final 21-man squad for the U17 FIFA World Cup in Brazil on Wednesday.
The coach said he already has a good idea of his final squad.
The Golden Eaglets flew out to Brazil with 25 players for a training camp in Sao Paulo with officials also hinting more players joined up by the weekend.
However, close watchers of the Eaglets said Manu will stick with the core of the players who featured at the U17 AFCON in Tanzania in April.
Only six players from that the squad to Tanzania did not make the trip to Brazil.
The Nigeria U17s are billed to take on fellow World Cup qualifiers Japan and South Korea in warm-up matches preparatory to Brazil 2019.
The Eaglets will begin their World Cup campaign on October 26 against Hungary.
Ecuador and Australia are the other teams in Group B.
