Paul Mukairu is the new Nigeria wonder boy in Turkey and tonight he fully announced his arrival on the big stage with his first goal for Super Lig side Antalyaspor in a 2-2 draw at Konyaspor.
The 19-year-old striker came off the bench in the 78th minute and six minutes later scored the all-important equalizer for Antalyaspor to come away with a vital point on the road.
Mukairu collected a pass from the edge of the box, drove into the goal area while holding off his marker before he fired home from the near post.

He started his team’s first two games of the season including the 1-0 win at Gotzepe.
He was ecstatic after his goal.
“God made it possible for me to get my first goal,” he told SCORENigeria
“I also wish to thank my coach, my teammates and also the fans for their confidence in me.
“I hope to continue to learn and work hard for my club.”
Mukairu shone for Antalyaspor U19s last season for him to be given a professional contract this season.
