Kelechi Nwakali in action for MVV Maastricht

Nwakali brothers, Kelechi and Chidiebere, as well as Turkey-based striker Emem Eduok have been named on a 23-man squad for  Tuesday’s glamour friendly against newly –crowned Europa League kings Atletico Madrid at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium in Uyo,

A sprinkle of foreign–based players also picked are Alhassan Ibrahim and former U17 World Cup –winning captain Musa Muhammed.

Other Super Eagles’ B call-ups include Plateau United striker Tosin Omoyele, Katsina United midfielder Destiny Ashadi,  Akwa United goalkeeper Olorunleke Ojo, Enyimba defender Isiaka Oladuntoye, IfeanyiUbah defender Adeleye Olamilekan and Olufemi Kayode and Ebube Duru from Lobi Stars.

All invited players are expected to arrive at the Bolton White Apartments Hotel, Abuja on Friday, 18th May before the contingent moves to Uyo at the weekend.
