Nigeria Olympic international Imoh Ezekiel will quit Las Palmas should they be relegated from La Liga, according to his representatives.
The forward, who has previously featured for Anderlecht and Standard Liege in Belgium, quit Turkish club Konyaspor over outstanding wages and signed a contract for two and a half years with Las Palmas as a free agent.
A representative of the player revealed:”His mission is to save them from relegation, but if they went down, he will be a free player. We have that as a clause in the contract.”
Las Palmas already have Nigeria stars Oghenekaro Etebo and Emmanuel Emenike, who are both on loan.
The island club are still second bottom of the La Liga table with 17 points from 22 matches.
