Spanish club Racing Santander could be the next career destination of Nigeria youngster Chukwudi Agor after unsuccessful trials at Extremadura UD, another second division league side in Spain, Scorenigeria.com.ng reports.
Santander, who once had Nigeria’s Mutiu Adepoju on their payroll, have officially invited Agor for a look-in with officials saying travel arrangements are soon to get underway.
“Racing Santander have invited Chukwudi Agor for trials”, Emeka Amajiriaku, chief executive officer of ASJ football academy who owns Agor’s footballing right has informed Scorenigeria.com.ng
“The invitation letter which is already in our possession, was signed by Santander President (Manolo Higuera)”.
Agor is due back in Nigeria today (January 8, 2018) after he failed to impress during a three-week trials with Extremadura UD.
“Extremadura did not take him. He is expected back in the country on Monday and after that we begin the process of his traveling back to Spain for Racing Santander trials”, Amajiriaku explained.
