Austria defender Christian Fuchs has tipped Nigeria striker Kelechi Iheanacho to shine at new Premier League club Leicester City.
Iheanacho has signed a record deal at ‘The Foxes’ after a difficult last season at Manchester City.
Leicester City will be Arsenal tonight in the opening game of the new season.
And City defender Fuchs described new signing Iheanacho as “a class player” who will help the club in the new campaign.
“Iheanacho is a class player who can help us. We have seen what he has already achieved at Manchester City,” Fuchs remarked.
The 20-year-old Iheanacho has been given a clean bill of health by Leicester manager Craig Shakespeare after he recovered from a toe injury from his debut in a pre-season friendly against German club Borussia Monchengladbach.
“It will be tough to play against Arsenal at the Emirates,” admitted Fuchs.
He said the Premier League is a lot more competitive, saying “every team have a chance”, but his hot bets are champions Chelsea, Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United.
