Former Super Eagles coach Austin Eguavoen has quit as coach of NPFL side Sunshine Stars after five matches in charge of the team.
Officials said Eguavoen threw in the towel because he is unhappy with the working conditions at the club.
The speculations surrounding Eguavoen’s future at the Akure club began after Wednesday’s 2-1 home loss to league leaders Plateau United.
Eguavoen has previously handled Enyimba and Gombe United.
Sunshine Stars are 17th on the table with 27 points from 23 matches.
